Clothing Care & Maintenance

  • Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each product. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, discoloration, shrinkage, or deterioration of clothing due to improper washing, drying, ironing, or storage. Failure to adhere to the recommended care instructions voids any claims related to product defects or quality issues.

Indemnification

  •  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AFTERFIVE and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, any violation by you of these Terms, or any violation by you of any rights of another

Severability.

  • In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions, including the Limitation of Liability section, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
